Good afternoon, I was at this store today to exchange a Hawaiian that I received at the company's celebration, I received very bad service, I showed the proof of payment for the amount of 69.90, the saleswoman denied me saying it was another lower price, I almost said I was lying, and that I was trying to do a scam, very poorly prepared, everyone else was looking at my face with indifference, then after another saleswoman confirmed that the price of the havaianas was the same, she was trying to please me, please improve! !!

About the product, everyone knows that they are wonderful and the store is simple and practical and with great service and not to mention that we have the whole line of Havaianas products, I highly recommend it 👏👏👏

Service was great. The store, however, is small, there was a queue to enter and to make the payment. Which caused some pushing, difficulty trying on the sandals.

A certain attendant threw my nephew out of the store. I don't know what the individual's thoughts were. He was with my sister and her girlfriend. He remained silent and stood at the door of the store after she asked him to leave. My sister bought it and when it came out he spoke to her. Fortunately I wasn't there at the time because I hate injustice and would have taken the necessary steps to prosecute. This outburst is just so that it doesn't happen to other people and that this person treats all types of customers well. Don't judge by appearances. Respect human beings, a young person underage did not deserve to be treated like this. I hope Brand Havaianas can take action. There is a hidden client for this.
